Due to current delays related to Covid-19 all standard shipping times that are stated in the product descriptions (and the standard 4-7 business days for most items) may be delayed an extra 3-5 business days due to us experiencing some delays with our vendors, USPS delays & a very strict distant learning schedule.

Once your tracking number is received & scanned by USPS we are not responsible for any delays. Please contact USPS directly.

 Getting your orders to you is our top priority. We are so thankful to those of you who continue to SHOP with QuartZ & Rainbows at such a crucial time.

We are located in Maryland and currently only ship to USA & Canada. 

Standard processing time is 4-7 business days, orders may take longer based on sales volume or if noted otherwise in the product description. 

USA first class shipping rates start at $6.50 based on package weight.

Paying via AfterPay or Sezzle does not speed up the shipping process.

Shipping to Canada can take 6-21 days, prices begin at $22.00 based on the weight of the package.

Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

My shirt is too big, can I return it?  

Quartz & Rainbows does not offer refunds. Our products are considered "spiritual items" which hold energy and for that reason there are no refunds or exchanges.

***If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return within 3 days of the delivery date.***

There are no refunds for digital products, all sales are final.

We often have sales and promotions but there are NO price adjustments, discount codes do not apply to orders previously placed. Orders can not be edited once the order is placed; you will need to make a new order to add additional items. Only 1 discount code per order will work.

Orders with incorrect addresses will not be edited, they will be cancelled upon the customers request. 

Some items may ship separately. An item that is out of stock due to an inventory error will be refunded, the remaining portion of the order will still be shipped. This does not happen often but it is possible. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause.

We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages marked delivered but not received. In the event that this happens, please take your tracking number to your local USPS to file a claim. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that is entered during checkout, we are not responsible for any errors or typos. 

Orders that are flagged as fraud will be cancelled, no exceptions.

Packages that are returned to sender (Quartz & Rainbows LLC) will be refunded, shipping charges will not be refunded.


All accessories are considered "costume jewelry" and should not be worn on sensitive skin. Exposing your jewelry to salt water, chlorinated water, household chemicals, soaps, any kind of perfumes, can cause damage to your jewelry, including discoloration and abrasions over time.


Quartz & Rainbows office hours are 9-5 Monday-Friday. We do not process orders or respond to emails on Weekends or National Holidays. Please allow 24 hours for an email response.
