****We are on holiday vacation from 12/23-12/27. Orders may be placed but shipping will resume on 12/30. All apparel must be ordered by 12/9/19 for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Accessories must be ordered by 12/1/19 and all other products must be ordered by 12/16/19. Christmas volume is heavy and this allows time for all orders to be processed.***
Quartz & Rainbows does not offer refunds. Our products are considered "spiritual items" which hold energy and for that reason there are no refunds or exchanges. We often have sales and promotions but there are NO price adjustments, discount codes do not apply to orders previously placed. Orders can not be edited once the order is placed; you will need to make a new order to add additional items.
Orders that are flagged as fraud will be cancelled, no exceptions.

We currently only ship to USA & Canada. Standard processing time is 3-7 business days, orders may take longer based on sales volume or if noted otherwise in the product description. USA first class shipping rates start at $6.00 based on package weights.
Paying via AfterPay or Sezzle does not speed up the shipping process.
Shipping to Canada can take 6-21 days, prices begin at $22.00 based on the weight of the package.
Apparel, totes and spiritual products are shipped from Atlanta, GA (some apparel is shipped from North Carolina.)
Our tees and hoodies are printed on both Gildan and Fruit of the Loom brand apparel.
All other accessories are shipped directly from our overseas vendor, shipping on these items can take up to 21-28 days. Our jewelry is considered "costume jewelry" it is not made of real gold or silver. Jewelry should not be worn overnight or worn in water, colors may fade over time.
Most accessory packages will be shipped separately so do not be alarmed if your order does not arrive in 1 package... it is all on the way!
We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages marked delivered but not received, or merchandise damaged during transport. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that you enter at checkout, we are not responsible for any errors or typos.
We do not process orders on Weekends or National Holidays.
